About
I am a dedicated executive pastor with a profound calling to ministry that has guided my path in leadership and service. Currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Change at Antioch University, I bring extensive experience to tackle marketplace ministry challenges, build community, and thrive in volatile times. My journey combines spiritual and business acumen, supported by a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I possess a versatile skill set that includes appreciative inquiry, strategic thinking, and a strong proficiency in technology. In my current role, I oversee daily operations, lead in staff development, ensure responsible fiscal stewardship, and pioneer digital leadership in fostering a culture of care and connection. I'm passionate about the opportunity to contribute my expertise and leadership to your church or organization, where my commitment extends beyond words to building meaningful relationships. A perfect day for me includes running with my dog Rudy, laughing with my adult children FaJhenee, Lovell Jr., and Seth, and enjoying music with my favorite musician, my husband, Lovell Bradford. My favorite scripture is Proverbs 31:28 - Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her. (NIV)
